FAQs & POLICIES

What are your (custom order) production times?

For Invitations
To provide you with the quality service you deserve, please place your order at least 14 weeks prior to your invitation send out date. Orders submitted 12 weeks (or less) prior to your send out date may encounter a $50 rush fee. 14-week timeline allows us design, revision, print, assembly and shipment time. *Please contact us before placing an order if your send out date is less than 12 weeks.*

For Custom Prints & Other Stationary Items
Please place your order at least 4 weeks before your deadline to allow for design time, revisions, printing and shipping.
Please contact us if you need a project done between 2-3 weeks.

What are your (non-custom) production times?

For Foil Prints
Due to the handmade process, production time is 3-5 business days for prints. If you have any questions, or need your print ASAP, please feel free to contact me! I will try my best to accommodate your needs.
***Please note*** Foil prints are handmade items and may have slight imperfections such as tiny black flecks. This is not uncommon and to be expected.

For Save The Dates & Thank Your Cards
Once you give the ok for print, your order processing time is about 2 weeks before shipment.

For Invitations
Production time is about 2 weeks before shipment. During the holiday/wedding season production time may take up to 2-3 weeks. Your designer will let you know if there is an extended production time.

What are your policies on returns and exchanges?

Returns and Exchanges cannot be given on custom, partially custom/personalized, or digital orders.

We gladly accept return or exchange requests on non-custom products. If you wish to return/exchange, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs. Returned items must be sent back within 30 days in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if item is not
returned in its original condition.

What are your cancellation policies?

Should you wish to cancel any custom order after concepts have been e-mailed to you, a $50 fee or non-refundable deposit will apply. The reasoning for cancelations fees and non-refundable deposits is for work that promptly begins on your custom concepts once all the necessary info is received.
Once you have approved your designs and production has started, your order cannot be canceled.

What is your policy regarding printed errors and reprints?

It is not uncommon for wording and details to be altered during the design process. Please carefully proofread your design/s for spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and grammar before giving the ok for production. We hold no responsibility for printed errors on any product. Should a misprint happen we are happy to offer a discount for any reprints.

Why does the order I received have slight color differences than what I see on my screen?

All monitor brightness and color will vary. What you see on your screen may be slightly different in print. Returns based on color are not accepted. Please know that you are in good hands, and we will always do are best to make sure your colors closely match what is seen on a calibrated monitor and swatch guides.

Can I order a sample Invitation?

Invitation samples can be added to your order for a fee, and will be sent to you after approving your design. Once you receive your sample you may request any edits before your full order goes to print.

Premium Album FAQ’s

What are the most popular album sizes?
Our most popular sizes are the 12X12 and 11X14.

Are photos printed on each spread, or are they traditional printouts?
Photos are printed on quality archival photo board and are resistant to yellowing.

How should we store and care for our album?  

We recommend storing your album in its box and fabric sleeve. Avoid exposing your book to extreme changes in temperature and humidity. Avoid placing your album in direct sunlight and store in temperatures between 55° and 95° F with a humidity between 5% to 60%.

What is a Spread?
A spread is two pages. Pages lay flat when your album is opened. A micro creasing technique where the pages fold allows us to use the span of both pages for printed images.

What are parent albums?
Parent albums are smaller, 6X6 & 5.5X7, versions of your album. They are made with the same spreads/photos and leftover materials from your album to help reduce the cost to you. Parent albums do not include cover cutouts or name/date debossing due to size. These minis are only offered when purchased with your regular sized album.

When should we expect our album delivery?
Albums are handcrafted to perfection! For this reason, production and delivery time is 4-6 weeks from the time you approve your album layout, cover selections, and we receive your final payment.
